Acceptance of these terms

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Your content and its licence

You keep ownership of the designs, photos, comments, and other content you create or upload. You are responsible for that content and confirm you have the right to publish it.

When you publish a design, you choose a licence for it from the offered set (Creative Commons licences or "All rights reserved"); the default is CC BY-SA 4.0. That licence — not these terms — governs how others may reuse your design. Anyone who forks or remixes a design must honour the licence it carries, and a fork inherits the original design's licence.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, render, reproduce, and display the content you submit, solely to operate, provide, and improve the service (for example, generating previews and printable geometry, and showing your published designs in the gallery). This grant ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies others have already made under the licence you chose and backups retained briefly for normal operation.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• upload or publish content that infringes anyone's intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights, including designs you do not have the right to share;
• post unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, deceptive, or sexually explicit content, or content that endangers safety;
• attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt the service or its security — including uploading malware, abusing the render pipeline or uploads, scraping at scale, or circumventing access controls or rate limits;
• impersonate others, misrepresent your affiliation, or use the service in any way that breaks applicable law.

We may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, at our discretion.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service and everything it produces — including suggested layouts, generated geometry, and exported model files — are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or that printed parts will fit your box or components. You are responsible for checking any design before printing and for printing safely.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for lost data, profits, or wasted materials, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. This does not affect any mandatory statutory rights you have as a consumer.

Reporting abuse and takedown requests

If you believe content on the service infringes your rights, breaches these terms, or is otherwise abusive, contact us so we can review it. Please include a link to the content and a description of the problem. We review reports and remove content that breaches these terms or the law.
